Energy Infused Massage is received fully clothed on a mat in a beautiful yoga studio in the Beach area of Toronto. You are supported with pillows and bolsters for maximum comfort and relaxation. I gently move your body into yoga-like stretches and twists while massaging your muscles and opening your energy lines (meridians).  We go at your pace and to the depth that you want in that moment. 

 

Energy Infused Massage can be both relaxing and invigorating, easing stiffness and pain, moving blocked energy, facilitating release and integration and opening the body to a greater state of relaxation and peace.  The combined actions of stretches, twists and massage result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
